Get the Look: OLIVIA WILDE

Hello my loves,

So Olivia Wilde‘s makeup on the red carpet at TIFF was sensational. I mean it’s really quite hard for a Olivia Wilde to not look good, but I do really love this makeup look. I really think it made the entire look. I loved it so much I thought I’d try the look out on myself. It’s actually quite simple to accomplish.

Bright pink lipstick is actually one of my favorite lipsticks to wear, so I couldn’t wait to try out this look.

IMG_8866To accomplish this look I used my Bobbi Brown Navy & Nude Palette, MAC ‘Girl About Town” Lipstick, MAC “More to Love” Lip Liner, Nars Liquid Liner, NARS Dolce Vita Blush and MAC Eyeshadow “Nylon”.

IMG_7873I used these 3 colours to accomplish the eyes by layering them on top of each other and blending really well. Starting with the lightest colour first. I didn’t use any colour in the crease because her eyes looked fairly simple, so I kept mine just as simple. I used MAC’s “Nylon” eyeshadow as a highlighter on the brow bone.

I then used NARS liquid liner to make the eyes pop just a little bit without being too dramatic. And of course I then added the beautiful bright pink lipstick from MAC using “More to Love” liner and “Girl About Town” lipstick. Voila! Olivia Wilde’s phenomenal red carpet look.

IMG_8826IMG_8834 IMG_8853I really love this look because it’s simple to accomplish, doesn’t take a lot of time and you look fabulous. Who doesn’t love a beautiful makeup application that takes minimal effort?

IMG_8849What are your thoughts on Olivia Wilde’s red carpet look? Is it a look you will try?
