boscia|Konjac Cleansing Sponge

My loves,

The skin care line boscia came out with a new cleansing sponge. It is a pillow-soft sponge that cleanses and exfoliates your skin so you can achieve softer, brighter, smoother looking skin.

IMG_9603“As the leader in botanical science, Boscia continues to innovate with Japanese heritage in mind. The Konjac Cleansing Sponge is 100 percent Konjac Root, an Asian-cultivated, root-based vegetable that the Japanese have traditionally used as a detoxifying dietary staple, and as a calming, naturally exfoliating sponge for delicate skin. Gentle enough for the most sensitive skin types, this naturally deep-cleansing, pH balanced sponge can be used throughout the face, neck, and even the very delicate undereye area.”

How To Use
Rinse the Konjac sponge in warm water before each use. Apply cleanser to the sponge and gently massage in circular motion to remove dirt, make-up and impurities. Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang by the attached cotton thread in a well-ventilated area to dry. Repeat morning and night. Replace every 2-3 months.

IMG_9658This lovely sponge provides a natural, gentle way to exfoliate the skin. It stimulates blood circulation and promotes healthy skin cell renewal. It can be used over the face, neck and delicate under eye area. It helps to thoroughly cleanse away makeup, debris and impurities.

I just love it. The sponge softens once you wet it under water and feels just lovely on the skin. It really does ensure that you have removed all your makeup and any dirt and debris. It’s a great tool to have if you have a busy schedule and don’t generally have time to exfoliate your skin from time to time. You cleanse and gently exfoliate all in one.

$18.00

If you are not using an exfoliant 2-3 times a week this sponge is worth the price if you use it every day to cleanse your face! I promise you’ll enjoy it as much as I do. I also love that it conveniently  has a string attached to it so you can hang it to dry afterwards.

You can buy this lovely sponge at Sephora or online at www.boscia.com

What do you say? Will you give this lovely sponge a try?

  1. I’ve heard this is a potential replacement for the Clarisonic! I don’t know if you have one, but if so what are your thoughts on this compared to the magical automatic face brush?!
