Since the winter months are among us I generally switch from my tinted moisturizers to full on foundation. I generally use Laura Mercier‘s tinted moisturizer which is AMAZING. However, I like to get a little more coverage in the cold months since I’m looking extra pale. I switch it up and like to try new foundations. When in Sephora I was looking through various foundations and came across Cover Fx’s CC Cream. Now you all know my thoughts on BB Creams and CC Creams, but I thought I’d give it a try since I’m such a fan of Cover Fx.
30ml/$45.00 G Light-Medium-for fair to medium skin with golden undertones
Okay so this CC Cream claims to treat, correct and protect skin with time-released anti-aging treatment. Provides buildable coverage and leaves a radiant, natural finish. Now I’ve only been using this CC Cream for about 3 weeks and haven’t noticed any drastic results in my skin. I’m also only 23 and don’t have any signs of aging just yet.
This CC Cream does give incredible coverage and makes the skin looks super smooth. However, my only negative comment on this CC Cream is that if your skin is dehydrated or dry in any way it shows after applying this product. Which can be annoying in the winter months, as your skin is extra dehydrated.
The above picture shows my skin completely naked without any makeup at all. Now I don’t have terrible skin so it is much easier to get good coverage. The below picture shows my skin with just the Cover Fx CC Cream and no other makeup or concealer.
I personally think my skin looks flawless in the above picture. It really does make the skin look perfect, you just have to make sure you are keeping your skin moisturized in order for this product to look best. No one wants a foundation that makes the dryness of your skin more evident.

I have not been using this CC Cream for 8 weeks yet, so that could be why I don’t notice drastic results. However, the one thing I do notice is that my skin is more radiant and smoother. I also have been getting a lot of compliments on my skin since using this CC Cream. Overall, it is a great product. I just wish it provided more moisture to the skin as some foundations do. Keep in mind I also put moisturizer on right before this CC Cream and it still appeared dry.
Would I purchase it again? Not too sure quite yet.
