Hair Climbs to New Heights with OSIS+ Session Label Dust It Flex

My loves,

You may have seen on my social media some pictures of me rock climbing at Joe Rockheads last week. Well, I was invited to an event at Joe Rockheads to check out Schwarzkopf OSIS+ Session Label Dust It Flex! You have probably heard me mention this before but I love when sports/fitness is combined with beauty. SO when I got invited to this event I was super excited to attend.

SS1_8984 SS1_9052I arrived at Joe Rockheads one morning last week to experience some rock climbing with a little hair care thrown in! I had never actually tried rock climbing before so I was thrilled to try something new. Schwarzkopf Professional Essential Looks Artists, Joey Marchese and Rossa Jurenas were on site to style our hair! I had worn my hair in a pony tail that day so they demonstrated with the product how you can use it to style your hair. It’s very similar to other products on the market, such as dry shampoo.

SS1_9339Above is me getting my hair styled before I got to climb into a nice messy pony tail! The product contains lava rock and silica, which gives your hair a matte finish, while the glycerine in the product keeps the dry consistency of the powder smooth. It allows the style to be remodeled at any time and ensures that the powder washes out easily. I cannot wait to try out this product some more.

SS1_9038 The powder with a light mattifying effect and appealing fragrance, gives instant and flexible volume, making it possible to create the latest in hair trend looks without compromising on ultra-precise styling.

“Step by step to a flexible, volumized look!”

The powder is simply applied to dry hair, either on the roots or the lengths, and is worked in with the fingers. “Dust it Flex by OSiS+ Session Label offers hairdressers an essential product to allow them to easily recreate sought-after styling trends in the salon. With flexible volume and high performance styling, this new product from Schwarzkopf Professional stands for exciting innovation and new styling benefits”, says Schwarzkopf Professional Essential Looks Artist, Joey Marchese.

SS1_9082SS1_9081SS1_9253SS1_9258SS1_9263It was such a great idea for an event. I got my hair styled and then got to climb a few walls! Which by the way if you have never been rock climbing you totally should, because it is so much fun (a little terrifying at first but totally worth it)! I got to chat with both Schwarzkopf Professional Essential Looks Artists Joey and Rossa, who are absolutely lovely and gave me lots of great hair tips.

And not only did I have a great time rock climbing and getting my hair styled, but I got an extremely delicious breakfast from Root Cellar! I got an incredibly delicious fresh green smoothie, which was AMAZING. As well as a delicious wrap and chocolate chip muffin, which was healthy and delicious. It was a very enjoyable morning!

SS1_9046SS1_9041SS1_8991A big thanks to ASC Public Relations for inviting me to such a fun event. I had an amazing morning, with amazing people. I was sent home with a the OSIS+ Session Label Dust It Flex product which I cannot wait to test out on my hair again, as well as some stone coasters and a hair towel!

The new Schwarzkopf Professional OSiS+ Session Label Dust It Flex 15g is now available exclusively in partner salons for $24.50.

So my loves will you be trying the Dust It Flex hair powder?

Laurelle, xo
